    The room was filthy and very dated.

    The room was filthy and very dated. An old door in lounge was letting in mice which left droppings and urine in the bedding, kitchen appliances, tea, coffee, and lounge carpet. The walls, window sills and floors were grimy and dirty. The room was around the back. Other vehicles had our car space. The other rooms were more modern. Ours did not look like any in the online photos. A receptionist rang and asked if we would not mind changing the disabled room we booked. She did not tell us room was of much poorer quality.
