The staff member at reception on the day we arrived was exceptional! The lady at reception on the day we left was good. All other staff were just average.

The guy at reception in karratha is legendary! I lost my engagement ring and he helped me find it by the pool. So thankful that he found it. 🙌 He was very welcoming when we first arrived and this great customer service continued. Ibis Karratha are lucky to have such an excellent staff member. We enjoyed the spacious, well maintained and super clean apartment! There are so many amenities, there was even a table for laptop and writing! The garden is just awesome and well maintained. We loved the trees, flowers, birds, butterflies and we even spotted a possum! There is also a pool and a café! We are so happy we booked Best Western Ranger. A big thank you to the friendly Manager and Assistant Manager and their team! Outstanding!
