The hotel is very bad and dirty. The staff have mind problems and they think they can decide about customers life’s especially if you are women. Staff asked us where we go why we go and try to say to us we cannot

The room was exceptionally new and clean. The food from restaurant on the top of the hotel (works 24 hours) was very good, served fast and priced reasonably.
Receptionists and room service responded promptly to all our requests.
Hotel supervisor Mr. Mohammed Ali was very helpful and arranged for us taxi to visit Amarna, Beni Hasan, Tuna el Gebel.
