Quick any problem solving, friendly environment, lot's of event during the day, drinking water supplied in the bottles every day, many options of different excursions (highly recommended to Luxor!), would definitely come back!

Absolutely fantastic hotel: friendly staff; excellent layout and architectural design; clean and well-kept; an amazing lawn; easy access to amenities at other hotels (gym, etc.); service everywhere one goes; dizzying selection at the buffet (not that many vegan options, but no problems what so ever for vegetarians!); all-inclusive truly means that (drinks, food, access to the water park, etc)!
