We were not aware of any noise from the neighbours. Easy to access all areas of the island. Lovely large modern house with character and pleasant spacious garden/sun room area. We ate breakfast outside a couple of times. There is a small plunge pool with sun beds at the back of the property which we did not use. In the summer we would have used it. Free access to the large members only pool (the first photo on the website) is a 1-2 minute walk away is provided with a private key. We used it twice, thoroughly enjoyed it and had it to ourselves. It is a better area to sun bath in the winter than the house as the house is north facing, and the large pool is south facing and has a sun terrace. Maria was a fantastic host and provided lots of useful information.

We visited this place because we missed our flight. We called the host around 9pm and they accommodated us with no problem. The host was waiting for us and was very helpful. There was a buffet kind of breakfast which was very convenient for us as we were leaving for an early flight which we did not miss :)
