Situated a short drive from central Vitoria, this complex is well located for the road to Bilbao and the airport. It has free Wi-Fi and a pillow menu in all rooms. We stayed there on our way to Germany and wanted to return on our way back. Friendly staff, very comfortable large rooms and excellent quality bathrooms , underground parking.

Located in the residential neighborhood of Lakua and with easy access to the city center, since the tram stop is in front of the hotel and at the exit of the city due to its proximity to the highway. The girl on duty when we arrived was very welcoming and kind. It was so nice as we had dogs with us and there was no problem. I will definitely use again and recommend to friends.

This comfortable, small hotel is located 20 minutes’ walk from the historic centre. It offers a pretty garden, a restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace and free Wi-Fi. We booked on the way back from Portugal and arrived extremely late, which was no issue. The rooms are exceptionally spacious; the beds are heaven! We can't speak highly enough. The breakfast is simple, but gets you going. Staff is extremely friendly. Value for money is impressive.

I loved the feeling we received from the receptionist at the front desk. She was friendly and helpful, even with a slight language barrier. My Spanish isn't very good and she explained the instructions in English well. The feeling of a fresh and clean environment when entering the room was apparent. The room was spotless and free of any unpleasant orders, and the size of the room was adequate for the length of our stay (One Night). The water pressure and hot water in the shower were terrific. It's been a while since we've had adequate water pressure and hot water at a hotel in Spain. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs when traveling to Casco Viejo. We could take a Bus/Train/Bike to any place we wanted to visit. In addition, there were parks nearby where we could run/walk.
