After my visit i think people should ignore previous reviews. The stay was amazing. Staff was generously kind & cooperative. Rooms are spacious and very well ventilated with clean linen. Air conditioning worked well, TV was working, kettle was there with ample supply of packed tea coffee & milk. Hot water and towels were also provided. I am completely satisfied and my next visit will only be in this hotel. I don't know how it got bad ratings and I guess in this price point the hotel is doing pretty well.

The location was convenient and the home itself was spacious and comfortable. Fenced off so the location is safe. The host was exceptional, He met us at the front gate and welcomed us with a smile. He then organized transport for us to go and get food and also to the airport for our flight.

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Grand Melanesian Hotel is set in Nadi, 12 km from Denarau Marina and 9.1 km from Garden of the Sleeping Giant. The Staff is so nice that they deserve a Gold medal. The free shuttle from the airport was very quick and the driver was very polite. I asked the tourist information booth at the airport to call the hotel and in 15 mins the shuttle arrived. The hotel is very near the airport. The room was comfortable nothing fancy.
