The accommodation is really well located next to the airport, which is very convenient if your fight is early morning. The room is cosy and clean. Easy check-in with someone helping you at the entrance. Staff is agreeable, smiling, and friendly. WiFi is free and works good. The bathroom is original and equipped with hair dryer, qualitative towels, shampoo/shower gel. Last but not least : the bed (king size) is very comfortable with a big TV screen. The hotel is decorated in a nice modern and classy style. In the room, you can control the TV and lights with the iPad. I would definitely come back here when in Paris. Good value for money!

The people with whom I come in contact with Air France always exceed expectations and am very impressed. There were especially two people at the ground service in baggage terminal E who stayed with me on the phone to a car park until the problem was solved.

It was a very lovely and clean hotel a five minute ride from Charles DeGaulle Airport. I picked it for its proximity to the airport since I was flying out the next morning. It had a wonderful little restaurant as well. I also liked that it was in a quaint little village as opposed to the anonymity of the airport.

The shuttle service is catastrophic, it took 2 1/2hrs to get one, I had to move to and fro from terminal 3 to terminal 2 the signage is poor that you don't where to wait for, however other lodging facilities had clear indications. Over and above we had a racist driver who brought us back to the airport leaving the hotel at 0830hrs, the guy was rude to coloured people and foreigners , where as he was so gentle and co-operative to a white French couple, I found that really disgusting.

Its technically a 2 star hotel, but honestly its nicer than some of the 3 star hotels I've stayed in. It's close to the airport and there is a shopping district directly across the road. The staff were accommodating, the rooms were cheap, big, comfortable, quiet, private and clean. Over delivered.

The room was smaller than I thought. The environment was clean, and breakfast was Okay. When I was checking out of the hotel, the customer service told me that my 90 euro deposit would be refunded 2 days after checking. It is now 8 days that I checked out of the hotel. My 90 euro deposit has not been been refunded. This is poor service. If care is not taken, I will show up at the hotel very soon with the police to recover my 90 euro deposit. I have sent several emails to the hotel management without any response from the hotel. This is poor communication service from the hotel management.

It is easy to get around Mitry-Mory? There is bus stop just opposite the apartment and Uber is readily available anytime. favourite paces we went are Parc Asterix, BattleKart Paris Nord Villepinte for Go-carting.
