The hotel exudes pragmatism, from the quick self check-in, to the check-out. I needed another night in Paris, since I had a long trip and was looking for a decent trustworthy option to stay at within the same area of the CDG airport, as I was flying the next day. After a long day in trains and plaines, I was truly exhausted when I got there. Corazón was the best at my check-in, since she helped me and made everything fast and easy for me to get to my room and rest a bit. Then, her colleague with curly hair whose name I missed, saved my life by giving her my passport —which I had left at the check-in screens! And finally,Kelvin was the cherry on the top, who was very kind at the restaurant. They made me feel back at home already. (Thank you, guys!) Together, this CitizenM staff turned the almost end of my exhausting trip, into a wonderful warm experience, along with a nice, neat and very comfortable and modern little room.
