1.3 miles from Mill Sand Beach in Toab, Taylor's Rest offers accommodations with access to a hot tub. The chalet, set in a building dating from 2019, provides free Wifi and free private parking. This chalet was wonderful. Very comfortable and nicely furnished. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment for cooking our own meals. There was a generous basket with breakfast items, chips, cookies and milk, juice and cheese in the frig. The bathroom was large and well appointed for seniors/handicapped (although we didn't need this). The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable (if you like a semi-firm). The windows open for fresh air at night. There was plenty of room to hang/put away clothes. There were books and publications with regional information. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent facilities, comfy, all modern and brand new and had everything I needed for my stay. Superb location, quiet but just a short trip into town and was an excellent base for exploring Orkney. The lovely host Dorothy welcomed me when I arrived, and the locally made cheese, biscuits and shortbread were great!

Karrawa Guest House enjoys a location in Kirkwall, 1.7 miles from Scapa Beach and 11 miles from Maeshowe. This 3-star guest house offers luggage storage space and daily room service. Fiona and Colin were brilliant hosts. The breakfasts are fresh and cooked to order, along with a wide selection of cereals and juices. Our room was spotless and roomy, with a big closet for hanging up rain-dampened clothes. It’s a 20-minute walk to the centre of Kirkwall, or a 6£ cab ride if you’re coming back from the pubs. There is ample parking on the property.

A nice quiet room. The host was very kind and wellcoming. Brakfast nice and big choice of food and drinks, fresh served in the morning. Parking infront of the B&B. The city is 15 min walk.

Central Spacious 2 Bed 2 Bath, Free WiFi & Parking, Park View is located in Orkney, just 1.6 miles from Scapa Beach and 10 miles from Maeshowe. It's SPOTLESS and very comfortable, close to town and with a lovely view of the harbour from the upstairs window. Free Wi-fi, big TV + Netflix etc, laundry facilities and good firm mattresses. 2 good-sized bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking outside the front door. Great position for exploring Orkney.

Aurora - Self Catering, Kirkwall, Quiet Location with Luxury Hot Tub provides a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 1.3 miles of Scapa Beach and 10 miles of Maeshowe. It really was 5* accommodation. They’ve thought of everything and more. The welcome pack was excellent with everything we may have needed and lots of luxury extras. Sarah came round on day 1 to introduce herself and make sure everything was as it should be. Perfect time had by all!
