The ocean view was a million dollar view! Staff was the nicest staff ever. It was my son’s birthday and the manager, Ronald, bought him a gift with all the Hong Kong specialties like milk tea, a toy tram, and some famous Kee Wah cookies. Then the next day, he and a staff, brought a beautiful cake so we can celebrate. Amazing!

I stayed in room 35a, the view from the room was amazing, value for money. I only stayed for 3 nights and the hotel cleaned my room everyday (some hotels require you to stay more than 3 nights to clean it). The hotel installed a water filter, so we had drinking water as needed, which is a great idea to reduce the use of plastic. They also have a microwave and a capsule coffee machine. The staff here are excellent, polite and attentive. The location of the hotel is near the MTR, so it is convenient to travel. There are many types of restaurants around the hotel, and there is also a Chinese tea shop and a Chinese medicine shop nearby.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very large, all facilities were there. Nice view from my room, comfortable bed and good shower. Check in, even at 4AM, was a breeze. I love the basic breakfast, just as sandwich with coffee; more you don’t need. There is a gym but didn’t use it. Elevator is fast.

The Motto by Hilton Hong Kong SoHo is located in the heart of Sheung Wan, just a two-minute walk from the Sheung Wan MTR Station Exit A2 and a ten-minute walk from the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal. The location is great. The hotel seems very new. I`ve stayed at a couple other hotels and serviced apartments nearby, they all cost a similar amount, but I prefer this one.

Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is quite nice in the morning. Yes, the room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the area. Very friendly staff and quite a lot to see in the neighbourhood.
