I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Vega Prime Hotel! From the very beginning, the warm welcome from Mario and Clara made me feel right at home—they were amazing and set the tone for the entire visit. To my surprise, they even upgraded me to one of the best rooms in the hotel, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room itself was spacious, beautifully kept, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on, and I really appreciated the complimentary touches like free coffee, water, and even creamer—it’s the little details that make a big difference. The pool area was so relaxing, a perfect spot to unwind, and the free breakfast was outstanding. There was so much variety: fresh omelets, donuts, croissants, juices, warm Indonesian dishes, and more. Everything was delicious, fresh, and plentiful. Overall, everything about my stay was perfect—from the amazing hospitality to the comfort and amenities. I highly recommend the Vega Prime Hotel and can’t wait to come back!

Everything was fine, it was clean and friendly staff. The breakfast was great ! We would definitly recommend, obviously it's in Asia so it's commun to have insect (we didn't have any but we saw some comments about that) The pressure of the shower was really great
