We had a flight delay of 25 hours and this hotel was just perfect for the wait before returning to the UK. The hotel rooms were gorgeous and comfy. Loved using the pool on the roof top, and the burger and chips was delicious. Highly recommend this stay. free 5 min shuttle transfers to the airport courtesy of the hotel was quick with no problems. Had a lovely driver called Jhonn Alexander Rom. Who was ever so helpful. Thank you Hilton for making our stay stress free. X

Very nice place where you feel like at home. There are comments below about the location- that it is hard to find the property, I wouldn't agree because following Google maps we found it immideately. There are comments that someone didn't like to take the luggage upstairs. I mean ok, there is no elevator, but we are talking about 1 staircase, what's the problem :D if you don't want to spend 450mxn $ for a taxi, just start looking for Uber cab 30-40 min in advance. Yes, it is a long wait, but you save a lot. In the first half of the day I found a car in Uber in 15minutes only (which is fast for Cancun). In total, I liked the hotel and I think this is a wonderful option for 1-3 nights! Their breakfast is very good too :) The swimming pool area is the best!

Francisco and his wife were exceptional hosts! He cooked us scrambled eggs, had fruit and toast for breakfast along with a fresh pot of coffee. He even went as far as allowing us to have an incredibly late check out as I had a flight out with 3 small children later on that night. 100/10 would stay here again.
