Etango Ranch Guest Farm is situated just 10 minutes' drive away from Windhoek International Airport in a rural property. Gorgeous location and beautiful surroundings. The staff directed us to an amazing hiking trail where we saw rhino and then we came back and relaxed at the pool surrounded by warthogs! :)

The host William and Grace hospitality were warm and welcoming and went over and beyond our expectations.

We stayed in a Premier Villa and it was huge! Three big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, plus an upstairs with a big table and a patio where we could watch birds and the occasional mammal. The food was great, huge portions or big buffet. It’s on a part of the game reserve with no dangerous animals so you can walk around safely. We saw ostriches, antelopes, hyrax and hare while walking or looking out our window. It’s part of a nonprofit that’s working to preserve and protect animals while working with the local community. We did the “Behind the scenes tour” which was really interesting and fun, loved the baboon walk! Really glad we stayed here!

Really nice couple who is renting an Apartment. The Apartment is good equipped, especially the kitchen. Nice terrace with a nice View to Nature. With luck you can See Oryx Kudus and giraffes. The couple is very lovely and it is nice to spend time with them. They can tell you a Lot about namibia as they are real locals :)

Featuring accommodation overlooking Auas Mountain, Trans Kalahari Inn is located 22 km from Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport. It offers an outdoor swimming pool, sports bar and free Wi-Fi. We choose this place as it is close to the airport and we did not want to stay in Windhoek. Diner and breakfast were good with plenty of food. The pool is nice especially after a long drive. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. Staff were pretty friendly ( except 1 at diner time) .
