When i needed groceries, she insisted on driving us in her own car to the store, and on the day of our departure, she personally took me all the way to the airport. These are not just acts of kindness — they are moments that stay with you. I know I will come back here, if only to see her again and thank her in person for the warmth and generosity she so freely shared with me.

Situated by the sea on Valderøy Island, these apartments are 10 km from central Ålesund. All include free Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. We stayed in Apartment 3. The apartment was amazing with an ocean view. Hosts were very kind and attentive. Kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge. Kitchen adequately equipped to cook simple meals. Bed was very comfortable. Roomy with an eating area and a lounging area. The sunsets were fantastic. There is a small patio area in front to watch the ocean. And a lovely wak along the rocky shore.

Location was perfect! Only 10 minutes from Virga airport and 12 mins into the city. A perfect spot for families and the hosts went above and beyond. Provided food in the fridge because they knew we were getting in late. So thoughtful!
