Location is great as it is just off the main highway and a 5 minute walk to KCC Mall. The road it is located on goes straight down to the downtown area. If you are looking for a budget hotel for sleeping and a shower this is the place for you. Although the room is a little tight it has a super comfortable queen bed and extremely hot water shower, and is extremely clean. The staff of smiling girls are great. We have stayed twice now and will be our go to hotel in Zamboanga.

Our room was a haven—spacious, impeccably clean, exuding a welcoming aura with powerful air conditioning that wrapped around me like a gentle embrace. The fully equipped bathroom was a well-thought-out detail that added to my comfort. I was genuinely touched by the exceptional customer service that greeted me at every turn. Our original reservation for an Executive Suite was met with an unforeseen change when one of our friends had to cancel the flight. Reaching out to the hotel in a moment of uncertainty, I was met with a responsiveness and kindness that went far beyond my expectations.
