Just 15 seconds walk to tram station that goes to heart of Stockholm city center. Huge supermarket at basement of hotel. Another 2 mega supermarkets and various shops 5-10min walk away. Mervin at reception was kind, helpful and courteous. Good value. Warmly recommended

We had a family room with windows. The beds were very comfortable and quiet when moving around. Another plus was the refrigerator, which we could use to store our groceries. The room was generally very clean. Fresh towels and linens were provided. The tram stop is close, about a 3-minute walk away. The communication with the staff was excellent. We had a problem getting in, but they quickly helped us without any problems. We have very fond memories of our stay!

The studio was bright and relatively spacious, well set up with everything I needed, including windows I could open for fresh air. The bed was comfy, TV worked well. When I discovered the washing machine was faulty, I requested it be fixed and someone turned up that day, arranged for me to use a machine in another apartment for 24 hrs and my machine was fixed on Monday. I was very pleased with the arrangements beforehand about the door codes and the efficient service when I needed it. The flat was perfectly located, near shops, pubs & restaurants and public transport. Excellent place to stay!
