Lovely and clean property with super friendly staff. We arrived late at night and was greeted by friendly staff. Beds are large and comfortable. The room had a nice sized fridge with a microwave. The hot breakfast included was great with plenty of options. We enjoyed great conversation with other guest who were super friendly especially after finding out we were from Australia! Appreciated the mid day check out too! Whilst the gym was small it was functional for a work out.

Checking in was easy, and their breakfast was great! Our room had a king size bed and sleeper sofa. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed with all the toiletries easily accessible.

Royal Inn Greenville is located off Interstate 30 at exit 94. It offers free Wi-Fi and rooms with a 50" or 32" high-definition TV with premium cable channels. At first I wasn't sure when I got here but after a super fast check in. Went to my room and very surprised. It's actually nicer than the pictures and better. Looked around first and very clean. I am very picky about the bed so I checked that as well and clean and spotless. Low price for a above average room.
