Though the owner was not on location, other staff was incredibly friendly and helped us out. The room was more spacious than on the pictures (I think we got lucky).

You can park here easily. The accommodation has a small pool. There was a celebration happening, so we couldn't use it. It was possible to have coffee, tea, or juice at any time. For breakfast, there were packaged items and less seating space. The room had plenty of space. The staff was pleasant. Next door, there’s an excellent restaurant, Ale's Steakhouse & Bar.

Days Inn by Wyndham Ridgecrest near China Lake Naval Station is located in Ridgecrest and features barbecue facilities.

We were staying here for one night on our way from Yosemite to the Death Valley. We did not expect a lot from the hotel and we were not supposed to have breakfast there. We were very surprised when we came there and found out that the hotel has just changed management and is being currently renovated. (Before we did not expect a lot, because it was one night and the cheapest hotel on our 3-week road trip). We were offered the already renovated room, which was really comfy and nice. Moreover, we got free snacks. And we got 3 (even though we were two people) vouchers for free breakfast at the nearby Denny's! For the dinner we chose Casey's, a really cozy local diner with very tasty food. We wish the very best for this hotel and can only highly recommend it!
