Front desk manager, Federico, was extremely helpful in assisting us in an early check in due to a medical condition that one of us was experiencing. His concern and efficiency was of great help in managing the situation. The hotel has a fantastic location and it was clean. The room we booked had a great view and was in very clean condition. I highly recommend a stay at this hotel.

The location is amazing. The view was unreal. The lady I was dealing with couldn't do enough for us. She went above and beyond. Everything was made easy. The facilities in the building were exceptional. But the place itself was fabulous. They have all mod cons. Even the towels were super fluffy, the bins smelt good. Place was immaculate. I would definitely recommend and go again. Nothing was a problem for the host.

The apartment was clean and had all necessary amenities. The location was great, walking distances to many restaurants and Bayfront Park. Also the rooftop pool was great and has long opening hours which is great when you’re back from a long day sightseeing. Also if there’s a spot in the adjacent garage, the host is really helpful to arrange this. But keep in mind the sooner you share your car details the sooner she can arrange it if there’s a spot. If not, there’s another parking garage nearby.
