The hotel had an airport shuttle which was the main reason for booking. The shuttle driver was excellent and gave us a great tip on how to avoid the main security checkin. The room was comfortable with a secondary place to sit along with a desk/chair.

The tissues were useful for me. * 部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、チェックアウト後にBooking.comのチャットで連絡を取ったところ、\3,000-4000くらいの送料で日本まで発送して下さって、大変ありがたかったです。 Staffs shipped my article which I had left in the room (shipping fee was about ¥3,000-4,000 and it was reasonable for me). Their answer to my enquiry in Booking.com chat system was courteous. How grateful staffs' kindness was!!
