I had a positive overall experience at this hotel. The staff were very polite and attentive, always ready to assist. The hotel is brand new, recently built, so the rooms and facilities look modern and clean.

Urgench was a disappointment during my travels.
Urgench was a disappointment during my travels. I only visited because I was en route to Khiva, and unfortunately, the city did not meet my expectations. It felt very impoverished, with a lack of notable attractions. The only significant site is an amusement park, but it’s not in the best condition and doesn’t offer much in terms of entertainment or appeal.
