Shindzela is a tented safari camp, set in a traversing area within the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of the greater Kruger National Park, South Africa. everything perfect with shindzela. Staff very helpfull, answered all the questions after booking and during our stay. All the safaris started on time and our guide Sam did everything he could to give us the best experience always with a smile on his face. We saw 4 of the big fives on first safari and all in second one, but all experiences are different one from another and it also depends on how lucky you are. All the food were delicious and everything was very organized with clear rules. The tents are confortable with private bathroom and hot water. Water hole in front of shindzela attracted lot of elephants, antilopes and also hyenas, it's a good bonus on stay there

The time of our lives! Ranger Ruan and tracker Clyde were epic! Lots of knowledge and really nice persons to go on safari with. The rest of the staff was the friendliest and nicest people.

Umlani Bushcamp is a classic African safari camp in Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, part of Greater Kruger National Park. Game drives, bush walks and meals are included in the rate. First of all- fantastic game drives. In our first one we saw 4 out of the big 5, and much more. Optional bush walk- a different kind of experience. The food was excellent, the staff members were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy and special. Price was not cheap as in all private reserves, but also not expensive in comparison to other lodges. Very recommended!

Kambaku Lodge is located in the heart of Timbavati Nature Reserve and has a waterhole which attracts members of the Big 5. Each of the rooms and chalets feature African décor and a private patio. Great to have meals under the stars! Superb and friendly staff.

Situated in the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve, Kambaku River Sands features game drives and bush walks. What. A. Place. There isn’t a rating high enough. The rooms and lodge were beautiful, the rangers and guides were fabulous, animals sighting unbelievable. Staff were exceptional.

Waterbuck Game Lodge Thornybush Nature Reserve is situated in the Southern part of The Thornybush Nature Reserve, adjacent to a water estuary and waterhole. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff at Waterbuck Game Lodge did everything to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms were gorgeous, with everything one could ask for. The drives were unforgettable, and while of course you cannot really plan on what you’re gonna see, everything in the power was done by our guide Matt and his tracker Solly to find the animals we were hoping to see. To see the beautiful Sengile, and to meet the youngest Avoca daughter, her mom, aunt, her dad and two uncles will be something we shall never forget!

Africa on Foot is located in Klaserie Private Nature Reserve. The rustic-style camp features thatched chalet accommodation, a bar and a viewing deck with splash pool and sun loungers. Absolutely everything about Africa on Foot is amazing. Staff are attentive, kind and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly make the the place what it is. Outstanding hospitality (best we have had). Facilities are clean and tastefully decorated. Food.. Just Wowwww! Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a treat. The pools were beautifully located and clean. The rooms were spacious. The morning walks were such a treat. The guides are first class and work hard to show you as much as possible, whilst also giving you interesting information about then bush and its animals. The arvo/night drives were out of this world. We saw soooo much. Lions, leopards, rhinos, elephants, hippos, giraffes, hyenas, antelopes, birds!! And much much more. This place is a must. Don't hesitate to book. We wish we had stayed longer than 2 nights.
