The staff were the most friendly and helpful in everything we needed. Have not experienced this level of service before. The rooms spacious and very comfortable. The design of the room was stunning. This was our 2nd stay in this hotel. The hotel is very clean and has a great cuisine. It's located near to center of Palma - around 20 min by bus. Small pool with sunbeds that were always free when we needed it. It's really close to the beach. If you like nightlife a 10 minute walk in the eastern direction will take you to a place filled with pubs and restaurants. On top of everything hotel staff made our stay very special decorating the room for our wedding anniversary.

amazing breakfast included... enjoyed the variety of the selections and staff was so friendly. The room was very nice and we had an amazing view of the beach. Moreover the hotel is situated in an amazing location, surrounded by wonderful restaurants and beach activities would recommend so close to the airport!
