All-Inclusive Stays in Costa Teguise

Everything was perfect. The room and the bathroom are very big. The beds are comfortable and the staff is amazing. The food was great (half-board). The location is great for exploring the island. The hotel has a supermarket and suvenir shop on the site. There is also a bike shop on the premises.

Just came home from a week stay here as a couple and honestly cannot fault the hotel. First of all the lobby is the most beautiful lobby you’ll ever see! All staff so friendly and helpful, hotel cleaned top to bottom every morning, everything kept and maintained so well. Great location, great views from our room. Now the part that divides people - the food! We did all inclusive and there was plenty of choice for breakfast lunch and dinner, plus sandwiches and small snacks available all day at the pool bar (limited choice but it’s there) and there is a bbq in the afternoon to get burgers hotdogs and fries. We are not fussy and had very full plates every meal time and did not go hungry! Good effort was put into the theme nights - Mexican, Italian, French etc. We ate out for dinner on a couple of nights simply to just get out and about for a bit and see what was around. It is what it is - an all inclusive buffet, but overall, the food was more than good enough for us! We were delivered a plate full of fresh fruit within half hour of arriving which was such a nice touch. Roland in the entertainment team was brilliant and really made us laugh every day! Staff behind the bars very quickly learned what you were drinking and they just kept them flowing, serving what I call ‘Caribbean measures’ - they’re definitely not tight on the alcohol! Despite what the website and drinks cards tell you (and other peoples opinions/experiences) we drank branded alcohol (Gordon’s pink gin, Disaronno, Malibu, Aperol) without paying an extra penny. Very breezy some days which was always welcome but be careful your sunbed doesn’t slide into the pool if you’re close enough! The revolving seating section round the bar is something I’ve never seen before but it was a good novelty! There were a fair few ‘older’ people staying (we are in our 30s). This was no bother for us at all, but don’t expect a blaring music all day party type resort.

Perfectly clean rooms and facilities, awesome food and welcoming staff. The beach is very close, you can literally hear the waves from your room. There's also a small Spar shop with local souvenirs nearby.

We spent 10 days in the hotel and we loved it!! ( 3 generations) The checkin was easy, and receptionist was friendly and helpful. People complain about food and different things and I don't really get it. The breakfast and dinner had great variety and was presented nicely. There were healthy and hearty options so people can pick their preference. The waiters were friendly and professional and were working fast. I had my birthday during our stay and I had a bottle of sparkling wine with a card waiting for me in the room. What a nice touch. Thank you! The rooms were cleaned spotless every day and so was the pool and its area. The location was excellent, across a beach and close to the town centre with shops, restaurants and cafes. Thanks for the great stay! Hopefully we can return soon!

Loved the staff everyone was so kind and welcoming. The food was amazing and fresh every night having the shows on every night they were so entertaining and made us laugh and was incredible. From the animation team to the waiters, to the cleaners and everyone who works there did an amazing job. The beds were so comfy the rooms were spacious. The hotel was so clean the pools were perfect.

The half board option was good value and the buffet spread was very popular with our family group.

The hotel was superb and we enjoyed every aspect of the facilities we used.

The food and the staff are exquisite!
