The hotel was great. I simply can not say any negative word about this place! The rooms are exceptional, all the facilities are great. We amazed by every corners in this hotel. Very nice interior, super aesthetic design and timeless furnishings to relax and also to create wonderful content for your social ☺️You should definitely watch sunset from the restaurant or the bar area. The staff was super friendly and the poolside service was also great!! I can only recommend.

Calm, excellent area around the hotel lets your mind relax from the noise of the outside world. The staff is incredibly happy to help with any request. We've spent our 4th anniversary here and enjoyed every moment - from great coffee and wide selection of fresh food at the buffet, to Greek musicians in the evening playing calm, local music. You can walk around in flip flops or barefoot and enjoy the warm weather climate and the tranquility surrounding the property. Perfect escape (also for young adults just like us) for those who aren't into late partying and prefer early, calm mornings with calming sounds of the waves in the background. What's more, the owner of the hotel was there during our stay and he individually made sure with every guest in the morning that everything was fine during their stay. That's the extra touch that we appreciated much and never encountered at any other 5star hotel. The staff is one big family and you can sense that in the air. We've had an excellent stay. Highly recommend to couples in need of a calm and relaxing time off for themselves

Amazing hotel, it is not a huge resort, but big enough to have everything you would want 1) Stuff is amazing, going above and beyond to keep customers happy. Everybody knew us by name by first morning. It felt great. No bracelets, stuff just knows their guests and they been very flexible and nice to us. 2) Food - very fresh, tasty, healthy. I'd say rather simple, but good (every meal there been 2-3 more elaborated options) 3) Hotel is literally on the beach. Rooms with sea view is so close by the sea, that on balcony you feel already on a beach. there been no fights for sunbeds, it seemed to have enough for everybody 4) We got better room, that we have booked. it was huge and bed/pillows was comfortable

We were very happy at this location. Very kind staff, perfect and varied food, daily cleaning, shows organized every evening, that's all you need for your vacation. We rented a car from the hotel to visit the island and we recommend it. They also provided us with transportation to and from the airport. We hope to return next year accompanied by friends. -Staff is friendly and helpful, particularly Anastasia -good variety of food and it tastes well -rooms and the whole hotel are clean, fresh towels every day -only a 2 min walk to the beach, there is also a pool bar there -it’s a fine pebble beach and in the water sand -bus stop directly in front of the hotel, to Chania one way 1,60€ -many shops (souvenir) nearby
