Everything except that it was too far from shopping. The food was excellent, the staff was great, the rooms clean.. The swimming pool was super. I have never seen sure a huge pool! Everything I see now doesn't measure up to the Euphoria Resort. They Are G R E A T!!

The hospitality and the care for the details was very outstanding. Zoe and the and lovely staff with no exceptions made sure we are very delighted with the stay.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely amazing holiday here! From the moment we arrived until the very last day, everything was perfect. The reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping staff were always so kind, helpful, and smiling – they truly made us feel welcome. The hotel is new, modern, and very practical, while at the same time surrounded by beautiful nature. For the past few years, we had been spending our holidays in Spain, but after this experience, we can honestly say this place is much better. Greek hospitality gave us a unique and unforgettable holiday that we will always remember. The food was also fantastic – with delicious Aegean dishes and a very wide selection of vegetarian options, there was always something fresh and tasty to enjoy. Price for this stay was good, fair and reasonable given the exceptional cleanliness and the added luxury of a the facilities like spa and fitness center. The free WiFi and convenient parking options at this hotel were a welcome bonus. Staying connected and hassle-free parking made my visit even more enjoyable and stress-free. A great perk for modern travelers.

I visited here Isla Brown Chania with my best friend back in early September. We we first greeted by the beautiful hotel aesthetics and was in awe as the hotel has such incredible views. There were two very memorable members of staff who was absolutely amazing, Katerina was amazing, she went above and beyond to help us and she has a wealth of knowledge regarding the island and things to do. Simone was also very lovely, responsive to our needs and very accommodating. There were mixed reviews which was quite concerning, but our stay was nothing short of amazing. We had the breakfast option included with our booking, there was ample options to choose from and I was satisfied. However, my only issue was with the food options around the pool area during the day. In my opinion it was very basic and tasteless. There was a little shop inside the hotel for basic supplies, however to travel to the nearest supermarket you’d need to get a cab. Bear in mind when travelling, you may want to hire a car as we spent a lot of money on cabs from the hotel to chania old town, which have several good food options. This is about 25-30 mins away. Another bonus is that chania airport is literally 15 mins away. I think reviews are based on the person and their experience, unfortunately sometimes people do not wish to share their positive experiences. Yes, there is room for improvement like ensuring there is enough toilet tissue in the public toilets, however the rooms were cleaned daily, wish fresh towels and toiletries included. Very mixed age ranges also and I believe Isla Brown caters for all. Lastly, I have to say due to my own personal music preference, I was definitely impressed with the genres of music played daily and overall would 100% recommend staying here, I will definitely return some day!

The staff, the location, the food, cleanliness. I have to say that from the two lovely ladies at reception, the bar and restaurant staff to the amazing gentleman that owns Bella Pais, they all are the most friendly and helpful. I could recommend this place , it's not luxurious but it's clean and cousy and you feel like home.
