The Hotel Management carefully and delicately solved our problems using just one simple phone call. Great service and timely response are recognized and highly appreciated. We are especially grateful to Maria from the reception desk for her help and assistance in extending our stay at the Hotel for two more nights! She has been very successful in reaching our hearts, and she has done a great job turning us into “repeaters”, and we will do our best to come back to you and your charming country again.
