This was by far the best All Inclusive hotel I’ve ever stayed in! It exceeded our expectations massively and despite the place not being fully open yet we didn’t feel the need for anything more! The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. We had booked a Preferred Club room and I cannot recommend it enough. Our butler Fonsi made sure we have the most exceptional stay and the bar staff especially Jarib were all helpful and quick.

Amazing staff!!!! They make the hotel extraordinary, to name few: Felix, Paul, Lorena, Abril, Brian, Erica… Quiet and fun pool, you choose upon your preference. Very good quality of food. Plenty of activities you can choose from. Our initial room was close to the “fun” pool so it was a bit noisy, but we requested a change which was no issue. We really like the room in the building 6.
