Out of the ordinary treatment with world-class service at The Donna Portals Uncover the extraordinary at The Donna Portals Hotel, a bold beachfront haven where relaxation meets style. The beach near the hotel is public but very pretty and clean. The staff was exceptionally helpful and attentive. Overall we had a brilliant experience.

Mallorca Palace is located just 250 metres from Sa Coma Beach, on Mallorca’s east coast. It offers a spa, a fitness centre and indoor and outdoor pools. Absolutely everything! The staff, amenities, the food... My goodness, this was wow and we can't wait to come for some more and by more I mean, it was hard to leave, truly. Next time - more time! Thank you!

The food was very good and in great variety, I had concerns regarding this after reading the comments, but I am not sure what else they could serve in the breakfast (for example) so people would not complain. Everything like we asked, good location.

The reception staff, especially Balazs, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. The pool was a highlight of our stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing massages. The pool bar offered great value for money with delicious drinks and snacks. The dinner show with Vanessa was a lovely experience, adding an extra special touch to our evenings. Overall, the service, amenities, and the price-to-quality ratio exceeded our expectations.
