An amazing historical building renovated by the host Eri, the roads were difficult to park on so he came down and parked our car for us which was so helpful. Gorgeous views and fruit trees surrounded the small guesthouse and was a 5 min walk into the main part of gjirokaster. A homemade breakfast was made for you with fresh fruit and eggs every morning which was a lovely start to the day. Highly reccomend!

Great price quality deal! Very good rooms, I got all I searched for, large room, air conditioning beautiful view balcony and excellent WiFi. The owner Ervis assisted me with any request, even let me pick the lemons from his garden. It's placed 5 min from beach, cafes and markets. Traveling alone was concerned about safety, but Borsch is a safe, quiet and peaceful place. All area is protected from storms or bad weather. Can't wait to come again to that place😍

The host is very friendly and welcoming, the breakfast offered was really good and a lot, beds were comfortable and the location is just in front of the sea. The view from the balcony is amazing.

We had a lovely stay at Jani Studio Apartments. Everything was super clean and the bed was the most comfortable one we slept in at our vacation in Albania. The communication with the owner was via WhatsApp, which made it very easy for us. We would definitely stay again at Jani Studio Apartments.

Very friendly owner. Excellent seafood. Breakfast is a la carte, but there are no restrictions. You get all you can eat. The room is right next to the sea, the balcony is almost above the sea. He has no comments. I recommend.

It would be hard to find more helpful, friendly & hospitable owners. They went out of their way to make our stay memorable including a bottle of wine for my birthday. We were picked up at the port & offered a ride anytime we wanted to go to or from the centre (not that far but uphill the entire way). The apartment was perfect. It was clean & towels & linen were changed frequently. Their communication through WhatsApp was fantastic. Thank you very much Ada, Armando, Amelia, Grandpa & Grandma for looking after us. Gorgeous sea views from our balcony and from the delightful garden and lawn area. Our rooms and kitchen were well equipped with everything you need for a long stay. This is a family run business who are very welcoming and helpful. Fully air conditioned and very clean. The accomodation is only a stones throw away from the beaches and a quaint little Albanian town with amazing spring fed water under the restaurant along with small markets. We will definitely come back here if/when we come back to beautiful Albania.
