The location and price were great. All public transports are very accessible and can get anywhere. Room was spacious and clean, everything needed was provided. They also had a hairdryer. Overall, will definitely return.

Great location of the apartment, with good access to the city via public transport. There are some parking options nearby, the staff provided very detailed information regarding out options. Comfortable beds, very clean linen and towels, the pillows a little too soft for me, but that wasn't a problem at all. The supermarkets at the ground floor were really convenient for us, since we travelled with a 7 years old child.

Although we are not very picky people, we do not give out 10/10 easily, so hear me out. First of all, my wife is a very visual person and we immediately noticed the cozy, yet stylish interior. Most of all, it was clean (thanks to Veronica!)! Second of all, the neighborhood was quiet, just in the area of the University of Vienna. There were students around, but nothing loud or inappropriate took place. Third, there was a nice little bakery just 30 seconds from the main entrance. Fourth, there was an amazing local restaurant nearby (suggested by the reception), which was the best restaurant experience in Vienna for us! Fifth, my wife is usually freezing most of the time, but in our room it was warm! Nevertheless, most of what took my heart in this place was the atmosphere: friendly yet not inappropriately overwhelming. And it was the small things: free coffee every morning on the ground floor, lounge area in the rooms to sit by the table and have a snack, TV that could be turned to see easily from the lounge area, luggage storage for our very last day in Vienna, environmentally conscious room cleaning. All of that made us feel like welcomed guests!

Everything was absolutely fine, the location, the apartment itself, the staff etc. Clean, warm apartment with all necessary amenities and perfect espresso:-) There is a restaurant just the opposite of the building with very nice menu on reasonable prices.
