The location was perfect, on a beautiful street with lots of trees and colorful flowers of every hue. Five-minute walk to a famous bakery open 24 hours a day and a bus stop that goes directly into the center of the city. Nice room with all the amenities. But what REALLY makes this hotel special is the staff-- Melanie, Lucy and a woman whose names begins with T-- sorry, I can't remember it. They made it easy to enter my room after hours. They gave me advice about how to move around Adelaide and introduced me to the wonderful Australian people, history and politics. I will return to Adelaide and this hotel if I ever have the chance to visit Australia again.

I had a wonderful stay for almost 16 nights Realm apartment. The one bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The customer service was exceptional, and the staff were always attentive. I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Tawfiq, who went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. His warm hospitality and helpful attitude truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
