Very helpful, friendly staff. Our arrival was well before the 3pm check-in. However, we were able to leave our luggage at reception in a secure luggage store. The same was true on the day of our departure. Our room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet. We had a small kitchen area with tea & coffee making facilities, toaster, sink, washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher. We also had a small sofa with side table as well as bench seating with a larger table to eat at. There was very little noise from inside or outside the hotel despite being very close to the train line and Conference Centre. Good rail links (only about a 15-minute train journey to/from Köln Bonn airport) and approximately 10 to 15 minutes on foot across the bridge to old town Cologne. The pool is a very nice facility to have access to, also very clean and, at the time of our visit, not busy. We didn't use the sauna or gym, however, both looked well kept. Would definitely stay again.

The staff were always helpful and professional. The room was very clean. I really liked that free coffee was available 24/7 in the lobby. The lobby was inviting. I liked the drying rack for towels in the shower. We loved the concept of an apartment hotel. We wish there were more of them.

Very welcoming commodities, coffee and tea! Checking in was very simple, as long as you do the online check-in on the website beforehand (we did our months before) when you get that out of the way, you get there it's super easy, just put in the codes in the wesbite and enjoy :) The bathroom was great, and clean and had everything needed, hair dryer, towel warmer, soap, shower gel/shampoo. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances to cook and was clean and useful. The bed was very cosy and comfortable. The location was good, close to the centre, old town as well as in a good neighbourhood, super close to different supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Quiet at late hours and very peaceful :)

The location is right in the center on the waterfront. An old atmospheric house. I liked the room, well decorated, I got a window with a view on the river. Easy to walk from the train station. There were no problems with late check-in: the keys were left for me in the box. The price for the quality was good. Next time I would stay in the same room in the same hotel.
