I was very satisfied with the hotel. The room was much bigger than I expected and had a great balcony. The room is also equipped with a kitchen, which was fully equipped. The hotel is within walking distance of the city and there is a bus stop right in front of it. The staff are very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend the hotel.

Well located in the centre of Tours. Room was spacious, staff were friendly and were able to store our luggage as we arrived before check in.

Checking in was OK as we were too late for reception but we managed to find the 'house' that was to be our home for 10 days or so. On arrival we found that our room was an upper floor apartment and I have difficulty climbing stairs. However we managed and contacted reception next morning who arranged to move us to lower floor. As I had coped the previous night we decided to stay where we were but staff advised we could change if it became too much, Having a balcony was fantastic for watching the sun go down at night. It was close enough to local facilities for groceries and sightseeing trips with the Mini Chateaux on the doorstep.

Everything about this property was great. Clear instructions about everything, from opening the building door and getting the keys, to how the appliances work. On this point, the information web pages that Central Parc provide are really useful, although this assumes you have internet access and, as a backup, a folder in the room with key information would be helpful. The room was clean, quiet, spacious and had everything that we needed. The outlook onto the park is tranquil and the location is just a short walk from the centre of Tours.
