We had an incredible stay at Section L! The front desk team was exceptional—always helpful, friendly, and welcoming every time we came and went. The hotel was impeccably clean; the room felt brand new, which is a rare and pleasant surprise for a hotel. The location was unbeatable, just a 2-minute walk from the Mita Line, making it super easy and affordable to get anywhere in the city. The sauna was a fantastic feature and very simple to book, adding to the overall relaxation. One of the biggest highlights was having a washing machine/dryer right in the room—it was an absolute lifesaver during our three-week stay! Overall, Section L is a fantastic choice, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Japan.

Location. It's within walking distance (5 minutes) of two stations - Hamamatsucho (Yamanote line, Keihin-Tohoku line, as well as the monorail to Haneda), and Daimon (Asakusa line and Oedo line) - making it really easy to get to any part of Tokyo. Walking distance to Zojoji Temple and Tokyo Tower (20 minutes). Lots of good food around, including an Ippudo ramen outlet nearby, the artisanal French bakery next door, craft coffee places, and convenience stores. Staff. Spoke English, were super friendly, gave excellent food recommendations. Toiletries provided smell divine! Nespress coffee machine in the lobby (one free cup per person per day was a great way to start each morning!) Filtered drinking water on tap was a lifesaver for filling up water bottles.

I liked everything. Great location near everything we liked, friendly staff with exceptional english speaking skills (which is really rare in Japan) ready to help you with anything you need and willkng to solve every problem, spatious very nice rooms, very clean and highly equipped... We really loved the style of the house, it was nice to experience the sleeping arrangements. Which is a futon bed. We were a group of 5 so the size of the apartment was perfect. The area itself is super cute, lots of smaller restaurants close by. If you like to thrift vintage clothing there is a good thrift store close to the station. I thought the walk to the station itself was not a problem takes maybe 5-7 minutes. Might take little longer getting into the city. But honestly didn’t think it was a problem. Would definitely want to stay here again if I come back to Japan

    The apartment hotel is located very close to Shinjuku Station, in a calm and quiet little alley. All the services and amenities of Shinjuku are so close and reachable in a few minutes of walking. The staff is very friendly and the vibes inside the hotel are very nice! The room is tiny but cozy, perfect for one or two people. Everyday towels change is luxurious : ) The bed is very comfortable, AC is running well too!
