Fantastic. The location is perfect because it’s right next to Queen St, so you have everything nearby. The apartments are very comfortable and well-equipped. It’s quite peaceful, and there’s a pool and gym on the 8th floor. We had a very pleasant experience.

The location was idea. 2 minute walk to the shopping centre and main street. It was clean, spacious and well furnished. The washer/dryer was handy and the balcony a lovely touch. The courtyard is beautiful. The onsite parking was perfect.

Loved the location within walking distance to downtown, hop on hop off bus, ferries, etc. Liked not being in the main hub . Room was a great size, kitchenette a bonus. Maintenance staff was very helpful. Front desk staff good and helpful. Loved the Countdown being so close to pick up a few groceries.

I have stayed in hotels run by VR throughout North Island and they are known to provide a comfortably and luxury stay in a good budget. The location being in CBD gets quite busy and major tourist attractions are nearby. The 24 hour front desk was quite convenient because I was driving in from Tauranga quite late at night. Check-in was easy and I opted to have an on-spot parking spot for my rental car, which costed $45 but worth it considering the safety and lack of parking nearby. The room matched the pictures and description with ample space and cleanliness. A small, well equipped kitchenette and living room with tv followed by the bedroom and shower next door. It had a central heating/air con for each room. The shower had fresh towels with basic amenities. The bedroom had good amount of lighting, storage and ports to charge my devices. Overall a good place.

The quest is located in a secluded area, closest drive would be to botany town centre for a shopping mall. However there is a dairy and subway right across from the apartment. The room was clean although the bed was decent only. The duvet was not too comfortable. Other than that the room was clean and cosy and host is great!

    Very comfortable room with a well stocked kitchenette, big bed just firm enough to not get buried in cushions, good pressure in the shower. I didn't use the wifi much but it was stable when I did, the washing machine and dryer were greatly appreciated and worked fine. The whole place is very clean and well maintained - in particular there were no unpleasant pipe reflux smells in the bathroom which is a common feature of serviced apartment types of hotels, in my experience. Managed by competent, pleasant and responsive individuals.
