Marvelous ambience, old world charm gorgeously put together. Very comfortable bed, nice long desk, splendid sink, ample lamp lights, also good natural light from large windows, plant filled terrace, iMac access, lovely shared sitting lounge, great breakfasts. We loved the whole place, the whole ambient is amazing. Also whoever wrote that the dog, Banksy - bites - wrong! He bites umbrellas only, so just be careful for coming into property with it. Otherwise as animal lovers we adored that the whole ambient is 420 friendly and that everything has dogs Doobie & the gang themed designs; but the best part it that you get to meet those paws for real and they are amazing! We believe that how you treat pets is how you treat people and this could not be a better sign that staff here is lovely, very kind and extra cares for you. We had problems getting a Grab and they helped us out… even waiting for our accommodation for early check in was done so correctly that we didn’t mind wait at their terrace in their comfort zone. Stuff also helped us with tips where to go to see the city life a bit more and we were very grateful & had a great time. Coming back soon for the end of the trip & hoping for another amazing experience here. PS. Rooftop is oh-my-god awesome! Thanks for everything!

For the first night of my solo trip in Bangkok, I chose to stay at Belivin'98 Sense of Pier Sathon. There are plenty of great local eateries nearby, and it’s conveniently close to the BTS station and the night market. What stood out most was the warm and friendly lady who responded to my messages on WhatsApp — along with the helpful staff who were always willing to assist with anything I needed. Belivin'98 truly left a great impression on me, and I highly recommend it!

Wow...What a beautiful place. Outstanding food, the staff are very friendly professional and attentive. From the moment we stept out of the transfer, we were welcomed and our luggage taken to our room. Complimentary refreshments drinks on arrival were perfect to start our 3 night stay. Luxury 2 bed air-conditioned apartment with everything you need to feel at home. Dinner was superb (smoked duck breast). Breakfast menu has a great selection to choose from. Thank you Bruce and all the staff for an exceptional stay and experience at Cataleya Estate it was a pleasure and one we look forward to again in the near future. Gavin, James & Mike.     The location is perfect. I have stayed here before as it is a convenient location to transportation (junction of BTS and MRT) and terminal 21 mall. Foodland supermarket and a 24-hour restaurant is close by. The front desk at the time of check in gave me a quiet corner floor of the aparthotel. The room was big for a studio with kitchenette. I was happy because it was quiet.
