The floor to ceiling windows were truly gorgeous. We had the best views of Melbourne. Everything was sparkling clean and the rooms were very spacious. My teen son was happy to have a room to himself. There was so much natural light and the beds and seating options were very comfortable.

Hot water and water pressure is good. AC worked well as heater. Even the soaps and shampoos were great quality stuff made in NZ.

The fridge and kitchen were regularly restocked with useful essentials like milk, coffee, cereal, OJ. And the owner was friendly and very accommodating. My siblings and I stay here every time we visit town.
