Located 150 metres from the beach and 2.5 km from Sainte Maxime Centre, Villa Cote d’Asoet offers a seasonal heated swimming pool in its garden and a terrace. The accommodations are decorated in a modern and elegant style. Beautiful place, amazing service! Heated pool! Parking very easy and free. Breakfast very good!! There is a big fridge with nice cold drinks for fair price- system: just help yourself and pay in the end! the service offered by Leon and Monique to drive to the village and back for dinner makes great difference. The whole staying is perfect!! Thank you. Again!!

The property was very pretty, the staff was lovely - super helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed our stay highly recommend :) The location of the property was also great with easy access to different areas :)

Also the owner was very nice and helpful, even providing some links to restaurants etc.

The air-conditioned aparthotel consists of 1 bedroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave and a coffee machine, and 1 bathroom with a hot tub and free toiletries. This property is advertised as an apartment but it is not, it is one room and according to the guy who gave me the keys is a 'Love Nest'. It does not have a living room just a small table with 2 bar type stools fitted in a corner. There are no comfy chairs or settee to sit on. The so-called kitchen is in the room is against one wall and has a microwave, kettle and coffee machine, therecare glasses, mugs etc but no provisions of any sort. There is a very nice but extremely complicated shower where you seem to have to turn 3 dials to synchronise for it to work. There are zero shampoos, conditioners or even basic hand soaps. The whirlpool looks good but I spent ages trying to get it to fill with little success, life's too short to wait that long. There are zero English instructions for anything. The bed is virtually on the floor and has chains on both sides fitted to the metal head board so I thought I was sleeping in a dungeon. Every time i turned over in the night there was a rattle of chains. In the top drawer of both bedside cabinets are pink fluffy handcuffs, luckily with keys, presumably for use with the chains and in one drawer 2 plastic boards. I'm told by a member of my staff that they are butt cheek lifts, I'm assuming, ass up, legs back. I don't know how the young lady knows that and I'm frightened to ask. I have no problem what consenting adults do within a private space but I was looking to book an apartment that I could work in for an important business meeting and invite my French customer, a lady, back to and discuss an important proposal, imthink she might have gotvthe wrong impression?? I don't think Booking.com should be advertising this type of property.

The aparthotel provides an outdoor swimming pool with a fence, as well as a hot tub and full-day security. The location is superb, with ready access to tree surrounded pool, amongst nice gardens, and a short walk to a superb and safe beach. For a bit of extra effort, nice snorkelling also not far, and a great little supermarket nearby to make self catering very easy. A decent selection of pizza takeaways and a nice restaurant also close. The aircon was very effective, and the hosts were very helpful and communicative, and the resort is just half an hour drive from a small but well serviced airport.

Room had everything we needed including a small courtyard. Perfect for relaxing after a long day being a tourist. Highly recommended. Restaurants close by, small beach as well.
