Everything was as brand new and super tasteful! The towels were nice and thick! Comfortable and king sized bed. A lot of attention to detail in the apartment while maintaining a minimalist and super organized atmosphere! This was one of the best vacation rentals in many years of traveling! The host was very communicative and spot on with their instructions! They were multilingual and always responded in the most professional and timely manner!

The perfect apartment for families. We were just driving through and needed a place to decompress after a drive. The apartment is spacious with a large balcony with beautiful views. Very nice pool for the kids. It was full of families which we loved. Lots of parking spaces. Breakfast was included in our stay and was quite substantial and great service.

Residence Diana offers a very good location in Merano, near Schloss Trauttmansdorff, only a 10-minute walk from the city centre and 5 minutes by car to the cable car Bergstation Seilbahn Meran 2000. Very clean and spacious, the host was very pleasant and attentive. The location is in a quiet area with a balcony looking over the garden. Beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was very well laid out. All property listing items were present and available at the apartment.

Easy to walk everywhere with a car park available if needed. The host family is very kind and helped with our laundry, checked in on us regularly and gave great recommendations for things to do. The hostess was amazing and super friendly. She tried her best to communicate with us and share information on where to eat and where to go. There was even a little basket of eggs and chocolate on Easter Sunday morning outside our door which was a nice touch. I love her vibe! The room was modern and comfortable with a stunning view. Definitely value for money. Location was right in the middle of the city centre and a short walk to shops
