The hotel room itself is huge even for european standart, all the commodities are present, even washing machine, that helps a lot during long stay and a sunny summer in Japan. All the personal at the reception was very friendly and helpful with all the request I had during the stay. This was my 7th hotel in Japan and this is by far was my favorite stay. P.s. it was also nice to have a smoking area at the corner from the hotel, because it is hard to find smoking places for tourists

Spotlessly clean, comfortable room. Very spacious, especially by Japanese standards. Friendly staff who speaks English. Easy access to subway and Kinsetsu lines (only a few stops from Kyoto Station). There was English manual on how to use all the equipment (washing machine etc.) in the room, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Kyoto.
