Workers their are very welcoming, friendly, and highly hospitable and can communicate in Arabic fluently and they are always there to help at any point. There restaurant also has an amazing view to the valley with amazing wide variety of delicious dishes.

I think his name was Ozgur and a syrian guy, both were very welcoming. The hotel is exactly like on the picture. Very clean and nice rooms with good balcony view to the river. It was perfect.
