The apartment is located outside of the village below, far from the noises of the streets. It is so peaceful and calm here. The location is perfect, in the nature with just the cows grazing next to you. The terrace has a beautiful view on the peaks nearby. Perfect hiking alternatives nearby. The place is perfect for a calm, cozy getaway from the touristy locations, but of course it is not the perfect choice if you seek parties, or the rush of bigger tourist centres like Schladming. The access road though is well maintained, no problems, but most probably you will need a car here. The apartment was cozy, well-equipped, spotlessly clean. The towels, bed sheets smelled so good. The bake your own pastries is such a good idea. Also you can buy some drinks as well from the owner. Overall everything was perfect, we enjoyed ourselves a lot here.

The room has a very nice view of the mountains, very cozy and clean! The breakfast was super nice and fresh and we had unforgotten night in this property. The host was very respectful and welcoming our kids. Visiting this place is a must if you are looking for a pleasant stay! if you want to see a nice view of the top of the mountain you could walk or drive for 4 kilos! The room has a fridge, coffee maker, and stove!!! There is nice place close by that you can walk too were you can see from above and take some lovely pictures not only that their are cows and a place to enjoy your coffee inn. Forgot to mention everthing is close by so you can go around the neighborhood and there are several activites you can do such as swimming, mini golf,tennis,ping-pong,skateboarding in the park. (I would consider going their for my next visit)

    Our stay at this place was exceptional! The apartment is clean, cozy and everything prepared for you with love. The owner is very friendly and welcoming, nature around is stunning and you can watch it from the private balcony. The location is a bit remote from the nearest town, but you can order bread and other food from the property and enjoy the breakfast in you room. There is small outdoor pool, we didn't have a chance to use. Overall great property. Highly recommended!

    Clean small apartments. Small kitchen, but has everything you need. Separate toilet and bath, which is very comfortable.. Friendly hotel owner, There is a restaurant, it is possible to buy some food directly at the hotel. The apartments are located high in the mountains and a beautiful Forest road leads to them.

    Quality of rooms were fine. We had booked all 4 apartments. It is perfect fit for group of 8 people, when you can enjoy space in the largest studio in the evening. That include sauna as well which was perfect after skiing.
