Everything was perfect. I was skeptical at the beginning due to the low number of comments, but there is noting to worry about. The studio is in a brand-new building, all the furniture is new including all appliances, it's warm, and the bed is comfy. It is really close to the city center. Lidl is right outside the door. Hot water does not take 15' (this issue seems to be only). You cannot get better value for the buck.

My 2nd stay here. I like the location. Lower Lozenets is a nice quiet part of Sofia just south of the center and between two big parks. There is public transport but it is also within walking distance of the center. The flat has dark curtains that keep the flat cool in +30 degrees and nice to be able to sleep in darkness, half the flats I have stayed at in Sofia doesnt have dark curtains in the bedroom. I didnt even have to use the aircon much because of the curtains. Great terraces to enjoy the sun or have friends over for a drink. Nice view of Vitosha included.

The staff just simply amazing, so helpful and warm. We also liked: the children play area, Italian restaurant is just amazing with plenty of high end food (duck, steak, shrimps), room very elegant and spacious.

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful with all our needs. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was quiet and warm with good WiFi. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions but also quiet. Overall, a great stay!
