The apartment is a semi-basement with a separate front entrance from the main house, little patio in front and a parking spot. It is in a quiet residential area near a river with walking and bike path. There's even a little beach by the river which is a 15 minute walk. The main street is 2 blocks away where you can find groceries, gas, restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a separate bedroom, spacious bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't working properly so the host called a technician but he could only come 2 days later. It was hot and humid those days and we were afraid our groceries would go bad but our host said they would find a solution and to our amazement they brought us a brand new fridge the same night. The hosts were very nice, the apartment was comfortable and it felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy apartment in Montreal. It was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The owner, who was also Bangladeshi, that was amazing—so kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here!
