Small clean quiet basement apartment that was partially above ground. There was a small kitchenette and access to a fridge. The apartment was clean and well stocked. This was located in a neighbourhood that is very close to the lake and was a great chance for me to go birding with my binoculars. The parkette is very beautiful and walking distance.

Zoka has a great setup in the basement with everything you could want. She is a charming hostess and very eager to please. Be aware that the ceiling height in the bedroom is about 5'6".but there are 2 hideabeds in the living room which are good Very quiet area. 10/10
