Communication befote and during stay was gteat. The cleanliness, space, comfort felt like homr. Liked the laundry facilites. It was very roomy, new appliances, and well supplied toiletries. Liked having extra blankets, towels and pillows. The little snacks provided were a nice touch.

We arrived in St. John's after a long red eye. They let us extend our check out to have a rest. The property was very clean and it worked perfectly for us. Bed was very comfortable. Wonderful Value!

We stayed at the Water Street Condos located on Cochrane Street, in St. John’s N, which was a one bedroom apartment complete with full sized kitchen, full sized washer and separate dryer laundry, bath over shower in the bathroom, living room and backdoor to a small wooden porch ( part of the fire escape, I suspect]. The apartment is beautifully appointed and decorated and it’’s immaculate. Earl, the host, was the best - email notifications before and upon arrival as well as near check out. He could not have been more helpful with suggestions about walks around St. John’s, restaurants and bars and places to visit. Would highly recommend and would stay there again.
