We arrived after a very long and delayed fight from Singapore. It was so nice to walk into a homely environment, where we could immediately relax. Louisa had placed some essential items for us, such as milk and bread, which were warmly received. The home was very clean and warm. There is a supermarket close by about a 15min walk. Louisa had great communication with us. Highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The location was amazing, there was a tram stop right in front of the residence which made it easy to get close to the lake as well as to the Nations. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a possibility of taking a hot drink (coffee, tea) at the restaurant, even if the breakfast was not included. The room was well equipped, the beds were very comfortable. I will gladly return in the future.
