We had code from safe where to take keys, but owner met us outside and opened the door. Owner was kind and polite. in room was everything what is necessary for stay. Kitchen is with all equipment. Free parking

We had a great stay, the amenities are top-notch, and the studio apartment truly feels like home. As a morning espresso person, I especially appreciated the espresso machine, and the fact that the capsules are plastic-free and environmentally friendly is a big plus. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk from Zurich Main Station, making its location perfect. AMAZING! Spacious apartment. Clean. Lovely furnishings. So comfortable. Communication has been amazing and quick. Remo was so helpful. Stored luggage for us on check out day and helped us carry them down the stairs.
